Canadian Juice Recipe Contest
Juice together the following ingredients for a vibrant vitamin packed red juice!
2 medium red apples (for anti-inflammatory properties)
1 red beet ( a beauty food for a healthy digestive system, naturally high in fiber)
1 large carrot ( for vitamin A and C for a youthful completion)
1 sweet potato ( for glowing skin)
1 orange ( abundant in a form of bioactive calcium. Packed with vitamin C , helps to brighten up your day!

1/2 Apple (Ontario grown)
1 Beet, medium
1/2 cucumber, small
1 Medjool date, pitted
1 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen (Ontario grown)
1/2 TBSP Coconut oil, extra virgin
1/2 TBSP Canadian Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 TBSP flaxseed
1/2 cup almond milk – or water
3 ice cubes

Here is my personal recipe which I drink every day………it is a blend of Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Apples, Ginger Root, Carrots, Lemons, Beets and Tomato`s.
It`s delicious and so healthy……….I have been drinking it daily for over three years and have only had 2 Common Colds in that time, no other health issues at all. I am 62 years old.
Smoothie Recipe
_Maple Twist
. 1 banana
. 1 scoop vegan protein powder vanilla
. almond milk
. maple syrup 1 tbsp
. 1 tbsp coconut flakes
. ice
My favourite Juice Recipe: 1 cup organic coconut milk. 1/2 c shredded beets, 1/2 cup organic sauerkraut, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 cup blueberries.. blend together in blender…add ice chips if wanting a cool drink .lots of fibre, lots of vitamins, excellent for anyone with gut problems….and great tasting…interesting color too!
